In such cases, we will reach out to customers via email before proceeding with the order to ensure successful delivery.

Taxes and Duties:

Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country on incoming packages are not covered by us. It is your responsibility to manage these costs. For specific rate information, please consult your country’s customs office.

Please Note:

Sickle and Finch is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures in the destination country. The duration customs authorities take to process and release a package is beyond our control.

Order Cancellations:

If you need to cancel an order after payment, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will assist you to the best of our ability. However, we cannot guarantee a cancellation, as orders are processed swiftly. If the order has already been shipped or is in the processing stage, cancellation will not be possible, and you will need to initiate a return instead.
